Ever the cheerful couple, the duo walked along side-by-side as the pro basketballer playfully joked around with his E! reality star bride-to-be - throwing a towel on her head as they entered the local workout facility.
The sighting comes as it is being reported that Miss Kardashian is ready to slap New England Patriots pro Bret Lockett with a defamation lawsuit for saying he had a ?physical relationship? with her.
Reports add that Kim's legal team is in the midst of drafting the defamation papers as we speak, with plans to submit the legal filing as soon as later today.
